These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of decantly.shop (the “Site”) and any purchase from Decantly (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What we sell. Decantly sells crystal decanters, glassware and related barware. We do not sell, ship, or supply alcoholic beverages of any kind. All decanters are shipped empty.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract.
Products and pricing. We work to describe and price products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions, images, specifications, or prices are error-free. Because our decanters are hand-blown and hand-cut, small variations in weight, cut depth and clarity between individual pieces are normal and are not defects. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information, we may cancel any order for that product, even after confirmation.
Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it and may limit or cancel quantities. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; a contract forms only when we ship. If we cancel after payment, we issue a full refund.
Payment. Payment is due at checkout through our approved providers. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
Intellectual property. All Site content is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information.
Warranties and disclaimers. Products are covered against manufacturing defects as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Except as expressly stated, the Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decantly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Illinois.
Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes are posted is acceptance.
